Spence was vital in terms of bringing energy. Rogers brought a vital moment.

I hope Nyland is ok, he made an error but without him they’re not playing this game.

As well as Norway played apart from an effort, which went just over the bar, they never really looked like getting the equaliser, Jude MOTM by a mile.

His first goal was outstanding, sure gets credit for the winner but I'm afraid that's on Nyland. His stint in midfield was a disaster. Thought Anderson was a one man midfield for 120 + mins and deserves a lot of credit. Guehi was solid. England, first 20 mins aside were a disjointed mess. Pickford, Kane, Rice, Madueke, Eze all very poor

For our two, Konsa did well defensively, age old problem with him on the ball at right back. Rogers was very sharp, he's unfortunate but will be first man in the next day.

Yeah, the good defending that you hated so much when played there for Villa.

Obviously I’m biased but I feel Rogers has been underused this World Cup. He’s looked so sharp when he has had the chance and even though it out of position was the best attacking midfielder we had this evening. Who knows how sharp Ollie is given they aren’t giving him a go? Maybe this is all for the best if it means we keep Morgan!

Surprisingly the heat and humidity helped us as Norway ran out of steam and just didn’t have the squad resources England do. Multiple subs helping the richer teams as in domestic football!

Yes, England has roughly 10x the population of Norway... We have some *very* good players, but our squad cannot match England's squad. It was hit and hope. Still, being the sixth last country exiting the WC isn't too bad :-) Now, looking forward to next Euros...

Disappointing lack of upside down exclamation marks, poor show.

Jude MOTM by a mile.
Each to their own but for me Morgan and Ezri were joint MotM.

EMI is so brilliant at kicking out the long pass. Probably number 1 in the world at that.

Yeah, the difference between his and Nyland's kicking is stark. It's clearly being used as a way to beat the Swiss press.

Gook luck TB. Any idea what was wrong with Erling tonight?
