Wouldn't be surprised if they are lifted at the airport.

Blimey, it’s been a few years since I’ve witnessed crowd trouble like that. Has Malen got some sort of history versus Young Boys? He certainly made a point of going over to them.
The Don stirred up a bit on his Instagram too, saying “Nice kick about with some Young Boys”

I watched as much as I could at work which wasn’t a lot, bits I did see first half, Malen looked electric, pace to burn and causing havoc all over the front line. Looking forward to watching it tonight.

Also, I see the crowd was only 32,000 and yeah it’s a shit time for a KO but 10,000 off capacity, bit surprised to be honest.

Daft time for k.o. There will be loads put off as they needed to get off work , school early….my lad was one, couldn’t take him, we live 2hrs away.

We’re not clinical enough in the box, we have a problem in scoring goals
not just the actual shooters ie Watkins and Malen but the creators are also just as wasteful with to many sloppy balls (ooh Matron) being played

It doesn't matter we won the game and was completely in control. Unai's perfect game is 0-0 and then we score in the 91st minute. We are never going to be a team that smashes Opposition teams all the time.

But in this game there were no tactical upheavals needed to smash this opposition, we got to the 'kill zone' time and time again, we just needed to be more professional in front of goal. I was a bit disappointed that the players didnt seem unhappy with the amount of opportunities they scorned.

Bern's a small airport so they could be flying from anywhere in England, to anywhere in Switzerland, via anywhere in Western Europe.

Funny old night. Completely dominant for about 70 minutes and should have been out of sight but their disallowed goal seemed to change things. Not that they had too many chances other than the one they scored. I don't think I've ever seen trouble like that at VP. Bunch of twats. I hope their fans get banned.

A decent hour and then shit.
The last 30 mins were abysmal. Young Boys were really not very good, lower Championship standard at best, yet we allowed them to dominate us in the last half hour.

I thought Malen and Maatsen were very good, Tielemans and Onana glided through

I had a ticket for the game and booked the afternoon off but only got out of the office in London at 7pm and caught the last 30 in the pub. I thought Maatsen looked decent going forward but was caught out for the disallowed goal and was also caught napping a few times in our own box. I don’t yet trust him as a defender.
