Arse and Liverpool will go through, Galatasaray are gash away from home

And Galatasaray aren't allowed their fans either.

I wished someone would make a "England are so far ahead in the coefficient that we can cheer on all other English team opponents and not need to worry about a 5th position" post a sticky.
Is this actually true - apologises just logged in to see everyones been dicked again.

To some extent, maybe, just maybe, excluding the big clubs in the uk from competition and risk isnt a good thing?
Even after tonights matches the standings are:-
England = 22.513
Spain = 18.031
Germany = 18.000

A Spanish win gets them .25 points, a German win gets them .28. They would need every Spanish team and every German team to win all their games. However if every English team are knocked out, just in the CL a Spanish/German team meet in one QF and two Spanish teams meet in the other. In the Europa a Spanish / German QF could also happen assuming they get through, and they are the underdogs in those matches.

So no, I don't think both countries will finish about England even if one did.

I’ve hated QPR since Marsh played for them.

Beg to differ. My first memories of QPR and Rodney Marsh was the 1967 League Cup final.

Ha, yes. I remember how happy that made me, even though I was only 6! Didn't they also beat Albion in an FA Cup Semi Final?

They did, 1982

In 1967 QPR were in the 3rd division and Baggies in the 1st. A couple of years later Swindon from the 3rd beat Arsenal thanks to Don Rogers.

That season Swindon won the League Cup I went to the semi final replay when they beat Burnley at the Hawthorns, 3-2 it was, I think. Cracking game.

I didn't realise Pedro Neto had assaulted a ballboy. Come on UEFA...
