Was great to see Nas and Wes on the pitch fist pumping and shouting ‘this is our time’ in a boisterous manner.

We found it hard going for a lot of it.No one was bad, all played well, but my standouts were:MaatsenAsensioOnanaAnd props to Konsa and Kamara for the goals of course.

Postman Plod Viz Legend21:41 16 MayWell at least we've got our weekly league defeat over on Friday so don't have to fret all weekend waiting for it to happen !
Asensio probably had his best game for us since his penalty misses. His shot that had the keeper beaten was slightly deflected wide.

Could easily have been 0-2 down , Cash was struggling and the defence were bailed out by Martinez and some poor decisions from Son. 2nd half better and got the job done . It's going to the last day as expected , win that and see what happens . I must have gone to a different gameHe does have a tendency to be a touch downbeat - keeper making a good save is “bailing out the defence”.

Good routine win without breaking a sweat really. Maatsen, Cash, McGinn and Onana all seem to be finding a rich vein of form in recent games. I scream about Rogers looking pretty out of sorts every game lately, but the lad is still delivering assists so can't really complain I guess. Special mention for Asensio too - Much better last night than he has been in recent times. One player who I think has looked a little off it/jaded in recent games is Kamara. I feel his goal glossed over what was a fairly average performance last night, (*though still a vital part of our team). Was shocked when an aging Son absolutely destroyed him for pace as they chased a ball down the wing at one point. Onto Old Trafford. Don't fuck it up Villa.
