My dad is attending his first game of the season tomorrow after missing the others due to surgery for cancer.He was approved for a physical season card which hasn't arrived yet.For the 2 previous home league games he missed, we received a print at home ticket even though we didn't use it and re-sold his ticket.But we have received nothing for tomorrow's game.I messaged AVFC support twice during the week who said emails would be sent out "shortly", "explaining how you will receive your ticket for Fulham".I phoned Villa yesterday afternoon who said tickets would be being emailed out "in the next 2 hours".But still nothing.Phone lines are now closed and AVFCsupport on twitter says they don't respond on weekends (apart from match days)Any ideas anyone?
The ticket offices are usually open on matchdays, I think?

Arrived at the match today, opened the app and selected the tickets button and waited and waited and waited while the tickets loaded. Spoke to a member of Villa staff who said many had had the same problem today. Eventually it loaded and I could get in. Another ticket shit show at B6.
