My dad is attending his first game of the season tomorrow after missing the others due to surgery for cancer.
He was approved for a physical season card which hasn't arrived yet.

For the 2 previous home league games he missed, we received a print at home ticket even though we didn't use it and re-sold his ticket.
But we have received nothing for tomorrow's game.

I messaged AVFC support twice during the week who said emails would be sent out "shortly", "explaining how you will receive your ticket for Fulham".

I phoned Villa yesterday afternoon who said tickets would be being emailed out "in the next 2 hours".
But still nothing.

Phone lines are now closed and AVFCsupport on twitter says they don't respond on weekends (apart from match days)

Any ideas anyone?

They love using the line tickets will be sent out shortly don't they, you message them for assistance and they use that line which is the least helpful response they could give. No other company would stand for that level of customer service but Villa seem to be fine with it because nothing seems to change.

Not manning the ticket office over the weekend is piss poor, particularly when there is a game on Sunday.

The ticket offices are usually open on matchdays, I think?

I'm in exactly the same boat. My dad's ticket hasn't been emailed to him. He doesn't have a smart phone.
I've messaged AVFC support on Twitter. He phoned multiple times on Friday.. He's refusing to go to the ticket office today.. He's going Bananas.

It's so piss poor..

Yes and like a few others I have been trying to sort a ticket problem out, but of course the useless website isn’t functioning so it’s trying to call in the day if the game.

More ticket issues. https://x.com/AVFCSupport/status/1972231054275866987

I’ve had to do this for every game so far.

Me too although I managed to get Burnley at the same time as Fulham so better next match!
