Season Ticket 2025/26

I have taken to opening the ticket in the app so it shows the QR code and using that to get in.

That's what I did for the Newcastle game, but thought it would be easier to use the ticket in my wallet - no stressing about having a signal etc

I tried to open the app, but no chance, didn't get anywhere near to the ticket section, luckily I had put it in my wallet as I didn't trust the signal

I opened the app while on wi-fi at home and left it open so I could are the QR code so I didn't need to be connected.

I did that too, v Newcastle, but as soon as I went to the app it said I needed to enter my password to access my ticket.

I thought the QR code rotated every minute or so which is why a connection is needed.

For Newcastle it gave me the download to wallet option which I used but that wasn’t there for Palace so I had to use the QR code.

After spending all of last season beeping the screen against the sensor to get in, attempted the same against Newcastle. Didn't work. Steward spotted me and was screaming "CAMERA SIDE! CAMERA SIDE!" as if I was the biggest cúnt in the world, which, obviously, I am, but she wasn't to know that. Arrive at Palace game, it has switched back to screen side again.

Yeah, it took me 4/5 goes to get the green light, and I didn't do anything different from what I did for the Newcastle game.

No. I spoke to the ticket office last Friday, and the lady said they 'hoped' to send them out before the Fulham game!

Thanks for your reply. Maybe they are trying to wait until the next accounting year to issue them in case the cost of the plastic sends us over the PSR edge.
