What's stopping people just forwarding the email with an individual ticket in to their mates instead?

Individual tickets for each game seem much easier to do this with than a season ticket.

I reckon it is a mistake and the charge is because he was trying to forward outside of his friends/family and direct to another FAN ID. Only within those 8 should it be free, anyone else should be charged.

Nothing, but email attachments require more manual work so I guess club don’t want that.

Are we getting individual tickets for each game this season or will we get season tickets to download like last season

Sorry if this has been answered before I’m not following the thread as it’s well boring
Just this next game, after that from Palace onwards it’s ST in your app for 18 games.

I interpreted it as just before the Palace game, all 18 individual tickets will be available for download to a wallet rather than a single season ticket.

You can only forward to people in your group on your account

Has anyone who applied for a physical season card tried to resell their ticket for the Newcastle game?

My dad can't go as he had major surgery today.

I put both of our seats up for sale  - I have a digital season ticket, he has a plastic card - and although it says the resale request has been submitted (with no sale yet), only my seat is showing as for sale on the ticket website when I went on to have a nose.

I'm wondering if the issuing of the printable Newcastle ticket to people with a physical card has ballsed something up?

Seems if you forward your season ticket on, the recipient has to pay the difference between the match day price and the season ticket price of a match…

I would need direct confirmation from someone on here before I believe it. There are pics from one person online stating it happened but others have had no issue so it seems more to be a bug and the people are not being detected in friends and family.

Option 1 - Premier League football club is benevolent and happy for fans to share tickets at no charge and change the functionality of the app to do this - unless you have a concession ticket then fair enough.

Option 2 - Premier League club can sniff a revenue opportunity and cash in on something fans like to do/have to do - so the club enables it - at a cost.

I know which one my money is on.

The AVFC Support twitter feed is full of good information today.

I've had a text from the Villa this morning confirming all tickets are now available in the App.

Playing devils advocate, and looking at it from the perspective of the club (*and fans on the season ticket waiting list)..... If it is Option 1, this system can easily be abused and have people selling off individual matches forever - Thus gatekeeping season tickets whilst hardly ever attending Villa Park themselves.

I don't see a problem with adding the extra cost. If I can't make a match, that's on me - It's not like we don't know how much of a shambles fixture arrangements are these days when we pay for our season ticket.
