I think the 20% thing is apparently the club have said 80% of those on the list invited to buy a new season ticket have done so today.  There's probably still a short window for the rest

My fairly educated guess is approx 1300 were invited to buy a season ticket. And it was claimed on X club has said there is a season ticket for all invited. So a small number left.

Still approx 20% not renewed - not sure if i am surprised or not.

I’m still feeling down about how the season ended and the knock on implications. Ive renewed though.

Do you think they mean those offered on the waiting list? Makes a bit more sense!

Yes. As I say about 1300 offered so i reckon about 260 left until this window closes.

I think you have completely got the wrong end of the stick here.  The offered NEW season tickets to about 1,000 people.  80% of that 1,000 bought the new ticket today.  The rest still have time.

This is nothing to do with season ticket renewals.

Think my son has just missed out as he had 144 pts and hasn’t had an email.

I guess he might be in prime position this time next season, assuming he keeps going as much as he has done the last 2 seasons.

Funnily enough he probably wouldn’t have taken the option for the coming season due to various bits going on but he’ll need to be on it to maintain his position. I’d say you need to go to every European home game as a bare minimum and with the new criteria even that won’t be enough.

There weren't any new ST's offered last season either so some of the number for "on offer" could be over two years instead of one.

Maybe I’ll be totally wrong but, if Villa don’t win anything again next season and we don’t finish in any of the European places, people may well find a season ticket much easier to come by for the following season. Anyway, good luck to all of you hoping to getting a season ticket.

I have 143 points and got an email on 23 June saying I was 1506 in the queue. I’ve heard nothing since which fits the logic of 1300 season tickets being made available
