Sounds like he's taking it very seriously if he's already planning half-time substitutions. Some people might see that as a pre-season tactic, but Ange is playing 4D Buckaroo again.

Or conversely, it’s Friday night in the sun and everyone, players and fans, are really up for the last home game of the season against a Spurs team who, despite what their manager says, will inevitably have half an eye on their final next week.
I mean, you look at Man City, Cityitis, all that, but what got them over the line wasn't a change in the fan mentality was it? It was spending unholy amounts of unholy money to employ talented people to put together a winning team. Obviously the fans make some difference, but being nervous and lacking confidence because I've basically never seen the Villa win anything doesn't have to translate to a hostile atmosphere (I've never booed the team in my life).
Can’t wait for tonight, never ever over confident, but feck me this is the game we’d want. Spurs always feels like a big game stemming from childhood, warm sunny evening, no work tomorrow, something massive to play for, last home game, our home form is the best its ever been, their first team nevermind their second team is in relegation form in a normal season when the bottom three weren’t so bad. It could all go wrong, but it won’t, even with our own injuries and suspensions, we are the form team in the league and much much better than them. Bring it the fuck on.
