We look very blunt up front.

Haven't we just scored?

Yeh but it was a midfielder. Our forward options haven’t looked that inspiring

It’s not 3 at the back. Garcia is playing right wing. Bogarde at right back.
it's effectively Torres, Mings and Bogarde at the back with Garcia and Moreno as WB

It’s exactly how we play when Konsa plays right back, rather than 3 CBs with wing backs.
Well, you can see it the way you want, but neither wingback is hanging back much!

I forgot how high up the pitch Moreno likes to get.

Every attack has broken down with him.

Except the time he assists Ramsay for the opening goal. :D

To be fair, it's probably the first time he's cut it across to feet rather than tried to cross it over.

JJ looked the brightest of our players in the lacklustre performance against Walsall

Ta. FotMob was not forthcoming on the identity of goalscorer. Still, we've got kids up front so maybe not much of a surprise.

If Moreno had a right foot he maybe could be a decent player!

I've been wondering if we might look at a back 3 this season

  Konsa, Mings,Torres

with Garcia/Cash and Maatsen/Digne as attacking backs.

Hopefully, the best way to end the Mings v Torres debate is to play both of them.
But not with 3 Spaniards along side him. FV will be having nightmares over language issues as our Tyrone is just English.

Good to see Hemmings for the second half (on for Barkley); decent player, loads of potential.

Referee is a bit weird. Two bookings for us. They’ve been stopping breaks from fouling us all game.
