If JJ can get on the ball and drive us forward, I think we can get something.

No Nunez or Jota is some good news at least . That CB pairing of Torres / Carlos really worries me

Yes and Konsa at right back, when will Unai learn, that doesn't work for us?

Bailey again. God love him, he's been terrible all season.

Funny, but he's the opposite of Watkins - he seems to thrive when there's a bit more competition.

Anyway, we need to sign more tricky wingers. A LOT more.

Man City lost their 4th game in a row too.

I’m not complaining. They’re obviously having the same turbulence that we are!

Horrible prospect of the filthy reds being 5 points clear at this stage. Yuk. Please win Villa.

I feel sick.

Expecting a thrashing, but apparently, Unai has never lost 4 games in a row. Praying this won't change.

Dreading this - which is a new feeling under Unai.

I need to give my head a wobble.

I'm sad to say Mcginn can have no complaints and Watkins can feel very lucky as he has equally stunk the place out.

Villa have surprised us recently by going from great to Blues, time to reverse it and for SUE to ram uncle festers words down his throat.

Seems like McGinn getting dropped has been coming for a while. But at the expense of Bailey who hasn't kicked a ball for us this season, that's a strange one. Big show of faith also in likes of Torres and Watkins who are both very fortunate to be starting. Less said about the RB/RCB combo the better. Think Emery should have got Kamara into the team tonight at the expense of Bailey or Rogers with Tielemans further forward. We look wide open for Liverpool to exploit in all honesty. Hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised. It's been a tough week so we need a performance tonight.

Just checking is it ok to say I'd settle for a 1-1 draw.

Bloody hell, Bailey again. He must have photos of Unai hanging out of the back of somebody he shouldn't.
