No Nunez or Jota is some good news at least . That CB pairing of Torres / Carlos really worries me

I thought Konate broke his arm in two last week.
yes that a Van Persie type near death experience but miraculously he also came through it.

I think these days he’s playing Bailey for balance and to draw two defenders away from the rest.

Just check out their number 9, could resemble Darwin.

I’d have gone Kamara- Onana- McGinn
Play a bit more direct because of the press with Duran up front because Watkins struggles to control the ball

I’m hoping this post won’t age well

Bailey maybe the only one with pace but, I’ve yet to see it this season. Seems to just pass the ball 5 yards backwards nearly all the time.

Not sure whether Mings is dropped because of what happened or whether it's part of a planned phased return.

I imagine that it's because any match we play against a "better team" is going to be Konsa - Carlos - Torres, given it's clearly the thing that works best in those situations.

Maybe there's a place for Mings in that in future, but it's difficult to see how.

Also possibly Mings and Kamara can’t play two games a week yet.

Liverpool seem slow starters.
We can get at them early with that lineup.
