Do you think we still knead him?

I’d rather get Baker back.

So are you all happy now? I mean a few hours ago everything was shit, incompetents were running the show, negligence was the word of the day, and we had the worst people in charge.

We've signed 5 players who are all upgrades on what we had, and we've made a thumping great profit.

Yes, clearly. It's a great window now we've done what we needed to do, it would have been disastrous if we'd decided to not bother signing a central defender but thankfully Villa or the player seem to have got a U-turn out of Chelsea so all good.

We still had to give Chelsea £5m to be able to use their player as a back-up to Konsa between now and the end of the season.

It wasn't a bad window before. It's been a good window and so many people were losing their shit about how awful things were.

So? That's how these things are these days.

Losing their shit = being annoyed that it was looking like a CB wasn't coming in. Which clearly wouldn't have been great. This didn't happen. This is good.

I 100% agree. Can I be the first person to say at the end of the transfer window, Trust the process.

The process it is not about signings. It is about the beautiful moment of AVFC.  This confidence in what we are doing. With Mistakes and imperfections. Up and downs.  We have NSWE, committed owners, experienced and sharp management team and staff, an amazing squad -honest players  and hard workers-  and a world class manager like Unai. All together. With you, the fans. The process is trust each other and help each other.  Create a culture, a mentality. Through the effort and togetherness. See you on Sunday!!! UTV!

Your devotion, loyalty, passion and demand feeds our ambition. Up the Villa and trust the process.

Will Disasi be the one to miss out on the Champions League? With Mings and Pau hopefully back? I can’t imagine Malen, Rashford and Asensio signing without assurances of CL football.

I doubt it. We have to name the squad on the 6/7th (?) Feb. We surely won’t gamble on their fitness that far in advance.

I doubt he’ll be back up to Konsa when the others are fit.

Why is he a back up? What if he replaces Konsa because he’s better. I imagine none of the players we signed, maybe with the exception of Garcia have come with the mindset to back up anyone.

Abufuckingcity have spent nearly £200M. It’s almost 2/3 of the total spend by all clubs in this window.

Almost as if the system were crooked, mate.

Nope, if we’d left ourselves with 3 senior centre-backs (2 of which are injured currently) that would have been a really bad error. Fortunately, the club obviously recognised that and managed to get a deal pushed through.
