So if they won't let him join Villa because they see us as Champs League contenders, but he won't join Spuds then:

1. Chelsea’s hierarchy don't rate Spuds

We should seriously  consider making a offer on jarrell hato. He is 18 and he looks like the next big thing. He is more of a left sided centre  back but this kids got huge potential. 

He jas 2 goals and 4 assists this year. I was also impressed  with him last season when we played ajax
