Emery does love Felix and has done for ages. Felix didn't turn us down in summer or choose Chelsea over us. We didn't come to a deal with Athletico. Then to ensure the Gallagher deal didn't collapse (after that striker who went Porto turned Chelsea down) he was pretty much forced into the deal for PSR reasons

I'm just glad theres only a few days of window left so this doesnt drag on and on and on

Compared to last season, we have become very narrow.

Bailey is currently out of form and moves inside too much. Our threat down the left has almost disappeared. Too much pressure on Rogers bursting through the congested middle to create anything.

We need an 'out and out' quality left winger. Despite Southampton being crap, Sulemana has shown potential. Antoine Sememyo of Bournemouth can play up front (left, right or centre) and might also be worth checking out.

Ramsey flatters to deceive. Hardly any goals, assists or continuity. If anything, he gets in Rogers way!!

Probably be for the summer now but I would sell Ramsey and invest in an 'out and out' left winger. Give us some width.

When was the last time we had a good left winger???

Are you fucking mad? Did he get in Rogers way for the goal on Sunday? Hardly any goals or assists because he got a bad injury and had some complications coming back too soon.

Vinnie, you're finally back. Makes up for the continued absence of other Heroes. Any other intel? Are we going to keep Jhon at least til the summer?

Someone's forgotten Nicklas Helenius.

It still gets me Angry that he literally had his shorts pulled down by a spurs defender in the box and didn't get a penalty.

I know,   a shirt pull is  a yellow card so pulling someones pants down isnt far from sexual assault :)    Pen and Red def
Still one of the funniest things I've seen during a game.
We just needed the Benny Hill music.

Hey mate, still on here as like the content but more in a voyeur perspective lol

No idea on Duran, seems far too much noise on him on an ongoing basis. Every window its going to be the same. So if thats going to the case id suggest its better we move on from it asap

Aston Villa believe they can offer Sverre Nypan a persuasive package & potentially offer more regular & immediate first-team football.
@MiguelDelaney

His name is popping up a lot and he is supposed to be a top talent.
This in spite of the fact that he's clearly fictional.
Someone I know is taking tablets called Sverre Nypan. 2 a day till further notice.

Yes, I am fucking mad but 14 goals and 11 assists in 122 appearances does not win you many trophies.

McGinn has only scored 6 in a Premier League season once. JJ has done it twice in a hundred less games. On that basis McGinn, get rid?

I think we're a much better team with JJ in it and if it wasn't for a messed up foot last season I think we wouldn't of had to of waited until Spurs vs Man City until we knew we qualified for the Champions League. He played some of his best football under Emery at the beginning so I wouldn't be tempted to let him go unless it was for stupid Grealish money.

Ever time I hear that name, I think of a Harry Potter spell

I think of "Silencio" from Mulholland Drive.

Whilst he’s an attacking player he can also get stuck in and isn’t shy about working hard.

We don't really play with wingers though. Our midfield was at its best with a narrow 4 of McGinn/Ramsey/Luiz/Kamara. Bailey did great last year and McGinn filled in holes on the left and everywhere else. But maybe it wasn't sustainable, Cash gets left isolated too often and Tielemans hasnt the mobility Luiz did.

Latest thing seems to be that Arsenal are in for Watkins now.
