I think its because  newcastle  will want well over 100m and i dont think many clubs are willing to pay that. He is also quite in jury prone

He has been for several months, either because of Newcastles form last season or because of PSR. It's the cost of the total package Newcastle would want with figures of £120m plus being banded about that have probably put an Arsenal off.
