Dunno if he's any good but a Japanese player would be fancy.

In 32 games he has 11 goals and 1 assist. Not too shabby. Also 24 years old so you would imagine he is being brought in as part of the first team

Whichever way you look at it Bailey is bost, it may come back at some point but we cant afford to hang around as Philogene has been shite as well.

I dunno. Are we really in the position where we can just stockpile players that cost tens of millions of pounds just because the one very good that one that we have is out of form?

Aston Villa have made an offer for Donyell Malen worth around €18m plus add-ons, which falls short of Dortmund’s valuation — negotiations continue.

.yes

Baileys has had good season out of 3 for us. He needs proper competition to get best out of him. Works for liverpool so why not us 😁

There's a valley between being very short in an area and 'stockpiling players'.

Plus, as Dimitri points out, it's starting to look like that was Bailey last season was the exception to the norm, and I know people have other views but I share the view with Olaftab that much of our failings this season come down to him and Watkins being at nowhere near the levels they found last season.

Looks like those games are a mix of playing up front, on the left and in centre mid s it fits with a lot of the players Emery likes being pretty versatile. At a guess this looks like the sort of player you'd bring in if Buendia is going out.

Bailey has been disappointing most of his time here but was exceptional last season. Maybe new competition could get him firing again but I think he'll be on the way out. Such a frustrating player. Last season really showed that the ability is there but when he's off, he's really off.

Yeah good theory there.  Buendia has offered  virtually  nothing im ok with him leaving. Might be good from a commercial  point of view too get some Japanese  fans!

Whether it’s Malen or not it’s really positive we’re targeting a wide forward. I think it’s a gap that’s causing us major issues.

AVFC are considering a loan for Jaden Philogene. #ITFC & #EFC among the clubs interested, but an Everton deal would hinge on a Broja or Harrison exit.

Elsewhere, Lewis Dobbin will join #NCFC on loan.

An accounts O level is more than good enough Percy.
More qualifications than I have on the subject.

Maybe if I hadn’t forgotten it all.

I think that Sport/Business bloke from Reach si really good at explaining things. Dave Powell I think his name is. He goes on the Claret & Blue podcast, as they’re from the same organisation.

I prefer him to Maguire.

I need to read posts in the correct order. Worried we were after Harry Maguire, then.
