I would have taken that result all day before kick off.
A few poor individual performances but I can forgive them for that after Wednesday.
This international break is a god-send, we’ll get players back from injury and we will kick on when we return. From now on in we’re gonna properly kick in, I’ve just got this gut feeling it is all going to start clicking into place. Good times are a coming.

At halftime there where Smeichel and the former Arse Swede comenting on the game I where watching. They did the whole thing just talking about Man U and not a word mentioned about the Villa? Whats that about then, there wasnt Manu channel I was watching either - but one supposed to be neutral I think..

We are starting up again against Fulham away - that will be a though one, they nearly did held City at their place yesterday and have been showing some good form before that.

Some context on this.  We have the same record in our last five games as Man City and Arsenal.

Cash, Digne and Watkins were all particularly shite.
I thought Digne and Torres were our best players on the day

I don't think we're going to be top 4 again this season, we just haven't got the squad for it.

strongly disagree, really struggling with injuries at the moment and we're 5th still without really clicking yet either. much more to come from this team this season

I’m unsure, but flipside is we’ve had very kind fixtures to date. Either way if we don’t start playing better we won’t get top 4.

Clean sheet but man that feels like a loss to me. As usual put in a lame performance against utd.

Utd are so bad and yet we struggled

Rogers was so awful today. Wont have done himself any favours for England callup with that today.

Motm for me was carlos. Solid

Why does it feel like a loss? we didn't play well absolutely, but it was just one of those days and we didn't lose. can't win every match

It feels like a loss because  that utd team is so bad and they were fucking awful. Honestly i think had we played 1/4 as good as against bayern we would have won that

Dropping two points at home is poor and a point is of course better than losing. But man such a deflating result

If we have aspirations of CL again we need to be winning these games. It seems utterly bizarre that we loaned out enzo and illing jr as both would have been handing today. Instead we had to name swinkels and young on the bench who were never hoing to get on pitch.

From where I sit, I thought Rogers had scored with that first half effort into the side netting.
It does feel a bit like 4 points dropped  in the last 2 games.

We need the break more than anyone else and hopefully Konsa is just injured enough to withdraw from the England squad.

Arsenal have had us away, Tottenham away, and Man City away, for more context.

But lets be honest we have had a kind set of fixtures. The last two results have been poor in the league

Unai i think ahould have rotated more today. Id have played maatsen instead of digne and giving buendia some minutes

Last year was an unbelievable season. If there was one area that needed improving it was becoming harder to beat and turning some losses into draws: for example Forest away and Man U at home.

We are harder to beat this season. Only Arsenal have beaten us. That suggests to me we are still on for top 4 or top 5.
Arsenal are the only top side we've played though in the Prem.

A very poor game. Should have beaten them but neither team looked liked scoring. 0-0 was probably a fair result.
