Obviously a long way to go and Southampton have thrown away a few leads, but I did think Ten Haag used to get performances out of the Manu players in some of the matches against the really big teams, then they would revert to normal against lower ones. So all the push of Amorim changing it around and waking up the club now he had worked with the played seemed premature.

They couldnt get relegated ......could they 😁!!!
Unfortunately they'll be saved by 3 shitter teams syndrome.

Currently it is Southampton and then any 2 from 4 of Everton, Wolves, Ipswich and Leicester. It is a further 7 points before Manure would be down there on current scores. Shame as it would have been nice to have Spurs and Manure in the relegation battle talk.

I always thought it was the players and not the manager.

Jaden at the Ipswich game watching what will be his new team likely in the 2nd division. Now losing 2-0. At least he knows he’s good at that level.

United can’t get out their own half against one of the worst Premier teams (statistically) of all time.

To be fair, Ipswich have assembled an entire squad that should break the Championship points record. They're all good at that level.

Well goal confirmed. 2-0 Brighton. Looks like they might get that opportunity. They are certainly better than the sides they will likely go down with. McKenna needs to stay. That will be important.

What’s not funny, is that in our year of utter shitness I don’t recall us playing a game where we looked as good as Southampton do. Fuck our club was so toxic back then.

Bloody hell they just missed another sitter. Should be at least 2-0. You just know these spawny bastards will find a way to come back and win.
