The Boxing Day fixtures are interesting, in that of the 11 teams who are in the South, the only team who have to play outside of the South on that day are Tottenham, who go to Notts Forest.

To jordies we count as a southern team.

I see that between 3 December and 4 January, we have 5 home games and 2 away.

Is that Arse game likely to be moved for TV purposes? I'll be on holiday then (what's new? ho, ho!) and could feasibly get over for that.

Be amazed if it wasn't on telly.

We are at home to Palace on the 23rd November, the closest Saturday to our founding day. I bet that was requested and they have something big planned.

*Paging Dave W*

If they do an on field event, I look forward to Head Dave going onto the pitch, grabbing a microphone and putting everybody right :)

I must say I will be disappointed from anything less than 13 from first 5.

Lopetegui seems to have Emery's number, not expecting an opening day win cos it never fucking happens.

I really hope it's not moved to the Sunday. I'm due to be taking my stepson to Reading Festival for the day!

West Ham don’t play a league game outside of London until November! Their first 9 games are all in London.

There's nothing planned for that day, not only for the obvious reason but also because it clashes with the pub bombings anniversary.

If you're away first game you should be at home last game. How difficult can that be to arrange?

Very.

I think BV was actually expecting a rebuttal of the founding day.

Sky have already picked up the West Ham game. They wouldn't pick us for the first 2 games would they? More likely that BT will take it, I would have thought. Are they still having Saturday lunch time or are they moving it to Saturday nights?
