The word 'even' irritates me as well. Think 'also' would be better.

It doesn't bother me tbh. I think our version is much better than Liverpool's, and it makes me smile that you can always hear the Brummie accent on 'nineteen-eighty-two'.

Peter Withe on the Council House balcony. As was the way back then I think the Lord Mayor formally welcomed the team back. It was the Friday afternoon/evening and they appeared sober!🙂
