As anyone in the cup scheme had their ticket payment taken yet?

Yes.  I checked a few minutes ago and my tickets are showing in my account.
Thanks for the response nothing showing for me yet. I had to request a replacement card the other week so wondering if that could be an issue.

Can someone please correct the spelling to Brugge in the title?

Their full name is:

Club Brugge Koninklijke Voetbalvereniging
(Club Bruges Royal Football association)

On their badge it says Club Brugge KV

So where do they play. Bruges or Brugge?
Belgium is a bi-lingual nation.

In Flanders - Flemish is the language
In Wallonia - it's French

Bruges/Brugge is in Flanders where Flemish is the language

Flemish  speakers call it Brugge,

Those pesky French speakers call it Bruges  - probably just to annoy the locals as much as anything else.

Hope that helps.

Wouldn't it be better just to leave the title as "Champions League", as this is for general chat about the competition and potential opponents, whereas we will have a match thread once we are closer to the Brugge game. You're effectively going to have two match threads otherwise which would, obviously, be catastrophic.

Hi all, long time lurker here, first time poster. Just wondering if anyone had an idea of whether the home tickets will reach the three game criteria? I’ve been to all four games but my lad’s only been to three, and I really want to take him to this one!

My guess would be it would get to three almost certainly. You could have a look throughout the day of the four tickets window and keep an eye in it. I'm hoping it gets to one plus myself.

I would think and hope so as I’m in the same boat as your son. Judging by the threads on here at the time the Bologna game was key as many were either saving their money or going to it having missed out on the Bayern game and worried about getting tickets for the other home games. It’ll definitely get to the 3 game criteria but it’ll be a case of getting in there as quick as possible imo.

Thanks to those who responded to my question. I’ll cross my fingers, wait for Monday and hope the website isn’t the usual car crash.

I’m in the same boat as I had to go to Brussels the day of the Juventus game. Fingers crossed

The challenge is getting 2 seats together. Me and my lad have been to all 4 but still got to be quick when we able to purchase online….the site is a pain and has thrown up some issues.

Yes I think that would be better. So either a Mod or that pesky Frenchman who statred it can make the change but BE doesn't post here anymore.

I think for those worrying about the site, the fact they’ve put the Members window into categories is surely going to help avoid the usual absolute scrum.
