Can't remember. Think he played against Hibs but would have been injured more or less straightaway after that anyway.
Kellyman did play against Hibs and did well from what I remember.

Qualifiers were a different squad. Zaniolo couldn't play against Hibs because he'd played for Galatasary but he was available for the group stages.

We apparently thought Kellyman could be on the B squad but got it wrong. That's what I remember Emery saying. He was then injured before the knockout squad was named.

Yep, it's one of those silly rules that Uefa have added where a player has to have been at the club for 2 years between 15-21 to be allowed on the 'b' list, which just encourages clubs to stack up 16-17 year olds in the hope that a handful will be good enough at 19-20 to fill out their squad.

On paper these ideas seem sensible but in truth, just like PSR, they encourage treating youngsters like cattle.

It would be a fun curveball if the club decided to include none of the new signings but kept all the ones we sold in the squad.

Best goals for the league stages is up for vote. Baumgarteners against us is one of them.

When I see that name I just think about the dude that jumped from his hot air balloon (I know that isn't exactly correct) that was in space and did a freefall and went a bit fast.

They also included the one from Ludo for City where he was just trying to reach the ball anyway he could and it happened to go in.

It’s worth a thread for itself as it’s a fascinating discussion but let’s stick to here.

Shortly the champions league squad is going to be released today as official news.
Emery confirmed the squad yesterday.
Of the 5 new signings which two are going to be missing out ?

It's right up there with taking about the dream somebody else had last night.

What I give for more productive debate.
Which players would you leave out LeeB can you answer that at all?
Any insights or theories to who won’t be picked.
