Also Celtic through to playoffs so don't have anything to play for.

Theoretically Celtic could nake the top 8 if they beat us but they would need too much elseto go for them.

Celtic will want to be in the top section of the play offs so they  get 2nd leg at home so they wont take game vs us lightly

Celtic have qualified for the play-offs. So they don't need a result. We need a win by 2 or 3 goals & a bit of luck.

Anyone thinking they will come to B6 and roll over is delusional

Be like Bannockburn all over again, although with few actual Scots involved

The notion that a Scottish team will come to us with ‘nothing to play for’ is miles off. They will be absolutely fired up. Should be a great night and I expect us to beat them but only just.

To be honest, it's been a very good night for us so we still have a very good chance of top 8. I think the Barca / Atlanta game is the one. If the players can't raise their game for that, at a rocking Villa Park, I give up.

Any win and Atalanta don't win in Barcelona should be enough, providing teams behind us on same number of points don't win by large margins.

Pretty good results overall, I'd have happily taken being 9th after our loss yesterday.

We need to win, and win well, and trust that Barcelona will do the business at home to Atalanta.  Just a shame that Girona couldn't equalise at AC.

Celtic needed the jammiest of late own goals to beat the whipping (young) boys of the competition. We should be wiping the floor with them regardless of Meatball's allegiances.

UEFA must be very chuffed this new format has created the jeopardy they so badly required.

I’ve just spent 20 minutes looking at next Wednesday’s fixtures plotting our route providing we beat Celtic.

I think we’re fortunate Atalanta have to go to Barcelona which gives us our chance for top 8.  Very tight indeed.
