Anybody any inside info?

After both countries change clocks both back one hour 27/10, Brussels is still an hour ahead of London in October.

Bruges KO is listed as 1745 in both countries but presumably will be 1645 U.K.

will be a lot of people finishing early…

I think the 17.45 would be UK time and it'll be different for CET. All the early kick-offs so far have been 17.45 UK.

https://www.clubbrugge.be/en/competition/a-kern/all-matches
Their AC Milan away in October is listed 1745, their Villa home in Nov 1745, would be very weird if it's a mistake there.

There is a mistake one side of the channel.

I think the site defaults to UK settings if it detects an UK IP address/ computer settings as it was all in Dutch on first logon then defaulted to English once I clicked on the cookie accepting.

Edit: Definitely all seem to default to UK times. Even checked for all their other matches on Google and the times are all set for UK.

1 ticket obtained in the Jan Breydel stadium however important question, was or is Jan Breydel a famous Belgian?

wiki
Quote
Jan Breydel (Dutch pronunciation: [jɑm ˈbrɛidəl]; c. 1264 – between 1328 and 1333)[1] is credited with leading the Bruges Matins (Brugse Metten), a violent uprising against Philip the Fair.[2] He is said to have played a major role in the Franco-Flemish War, even though his authenticity has since been questioned.[3]
Thank you. Next time someone asks me to name a famous Belgian, Jan's my man.

From the Brugge away tickets thread that looks difficult.

I do have an offer (TBC) of a likely home tkt next to the away section, not a great fan of that and also wanted it on my history. No way would I go all that way to sit in a bar, but as someone else from Luton doing it I would have a travel budy. Needs some careful childcare negotiations too.

Managed to snag a Young Boys away ticket, but having that on my history meant nothing for this game. Had 2 Euro aways from last season and all homes on my history, but fell short by one criteria block.
Still going over, as will a lot of others... but farming out a tonne of our allocation to corporates is utter bollocks imo.

Also, what's with the criteria where 2 homes and 3 aways is higher than 3 homes and 2 aways?? Surely going to ALL home games should be a prerequisite for being eligible for any aways - If you can't support your team at their own ground, how is it fair that you're further up the pecking order for highly sought after away tickets??

The whole scheme is an utter sham.

If that’s the case it is incredibly unfair, but did they (GA+) have to have the same history? Wouldn’t make much sense apart from having jumped the ST queue, or if they ringfence so it gets further down their tiers. Anyone?

What evidence do we have that we’ve farmed out a tonne of tickets to Corporate?

Also don’t Corproate and GA+ have to have the same criteria as us normal GA folks.

This will be like Lile where we took thousands, despite an allocation of 2500.

Can't think of many (any?) places to sit in a bar and watch the football than an attractive town in Belgium.
