I tried to phone the ticket office 7 times on Friday - at 10.01am on Friday , the message was that they would not answer the phone due to high demand, it is worse than trying to contact  the Doctors on a Monday morning!

I have brought a ticket for the Bayern game, however as I do not own a mobile phone, and have therefore got a physical season ticket card for this season, how do I get into the ground (climb over the wall etc..), as far as I can tell you cannot print off the ticket on to paper as we did last season for the Conference league games? has anyone else who has a season ticket card contacted the club for an answer to this question?

I have exactly the same problem. I was 29 in the queue and moved to 24 in 15 minutes could not wait that long for an answer. I called back later and got the too busy go away message.

I emailed them on 9th Sept after I purchased the Bayern ticket asking exactly that question. Still awaiting a response !

basavfc - if you look at the bottom of page 178, you will see that I have managed to contact the ticket office and have now been told how to get a ticket for the game.

Ta mate

Phoning is a nightmare and so is going to the TO before a game
What is wrong with giving an option or recognising you use a card and automatically emailing one, therefore saving being number 32 in queue on phone or 178th in queue at TO on matchday FFS !

I'm in the ticket scheme. Payment and ticket went through fine for Bayern.....
Received email yesterday saying that Bologne payment would be taken at 5pm yesterday. Still no payment taken, and just checked my account and the ticket scheme tick box is now unticked. WTF?!

Piss-up and brewery springs to mind!

Have you clicked the line in the Ticket Schemes section and then clicked the Tickets button? It should show the status of your ticket there. Mine shows 'Reserved (with payment method)' or something, as I'm in the same boat as you.

Ah yes - Just spotted that. But even so, if they say they're going to fleece me of £79 on a certain day at a certain time, then they should at the very least stand by their word! 😄

At least they are telling you! My mate is getting the emails but I'm not. And his money has been taken out of his account, but I can still buy his ticket online!

Got the"too busy to answer "message 3 times yesterday. Gave it a last go at 4.30 to be told I was 28th in the queue. Held on for about 20 minutes and suddenly bumped up to 2nd.When I finally spoke to them it was sorted straightaway and they immediately emailed me a printable ticket .They must have a list of people who have plastic season ticket cards. How hard would it be to programme a computer to send an email with a printable ticket automatically once the payment was taken?

I'm the same as you, says "reserved". Guess they'll take payment today.

It is showing active on my account re UEFA Champions League Scheme but nothing taken out of my account for Bologne.
I can't see anything regarding the domestic cups which I asked to be taken off last season.

Sounds like the email was wrong and everybody in the Cup Scheme needs to hold fast.

I'm in the same boat....nothing taken and nothing pending with my bank.
I'm sure it wouldn't be this worrisome if it wasn't a CL game.

You just need to chill a bit, he's busy sorting out the Coventry Road congestion before he gets round to processing all the CL payments.

My cup scheme ones were just sitting on my login saying reserved. No payment has been taken. I’ve just physically gone in and unreserved them and paid.
No idea why they hadn’t taken the money straight away like last time.

Bought our Bologna tickets yesterday. They don't appear in my available tickets to download.

Email says tickets will be distributed on Friday 18th October, so I'm assuming they will appear after that date.
