So, after almost an hour on the phone, waiting to claim my ST seat for the Bayern game, I'm told that I'm already in the cup scheme and have been since I bought my season ticket. The Bayern game has already been debited from my account. This was news to me as I certainly didn't knowingly join the cup scheme. Anyway, I've dropped it now as I can't attend every game. Anyone else unwittingly joined the cup scheme?
I have to say, the phone process was pretty painless and the staff member I spoke to was very helpful.
Well done Martyn!
I was very much in the same boat as you...checked my account this morning and my "purchase" had been completed even though I hadn't been able to do anything connected with a purchase since Friday! Confirmation email arrived at 3.30pm this afternoon!

Trying to get tickets for Wycombe with my regular away game companion...we log on at same time and go for it when BUY appears....I was sent to a queue for 6 minutes, she went straight to the seating plan! No sense in any of this.
Glad you got sorted mate!
Up The Bloody Villa!

Was told to contact the Premium Team directly on GA+ getting easy access to the aways.

Anyway, got my ticket. Upper B13, it's more like a normal away this rime choosing your seat.

Ads, rjp posted some imteresting info on the away tickets thread which seems to suggest only 10% of tickets for Hosp/GA+
Our coach steward made this very clear to us on our first away trip last season...reading out a club statement to us...10% was the allocation for hosp/GA+ etc and that's where it was going to stay...
Apparently!

I had one of those. After applying for it you could also get a European Cup winners shirt signed by Dennis Mortimer. I wear it only on special occasions as I don't want to wash it and risk losing the signature.

Is that the only channel showing it? I checked on prime and we dont appear to have been selected by them

I doubt it, but it's free to air for those of us in Ireland (or with VPNs).

Will be interesting to see how many tickets are available for members at 0930 for Bayern. Will be trying to get some for A2/A1. You  would think it will be a free for all and they'll be gone in 10 mins.

I'm not sure it will be due to the extortionate prices.
