Thanks for the reply Ads, but I get on to the page saying ' the following seats are held for you' but there is no information for me to confirm and proceed, so I get no further. Just wondered if this has happened to other ST holders. I'll have to waste a morning on the phone tomorrow.

I really don't know. They've taken payment, it's within my ticket section, but there's no download option. Would imagine they'll send emails out for adding to your wallet over the next weeks.

Thanks
The help is very much appreciated.

I had the £70 taken from my account but no email yet. I couldn't remember ticking the box on paying for season ticket. Maybe easier to give Mr Heck my bank details and he just takes what he wants, when he wants. Who am I to complain...

It is strange though because other Bournemouth Lions had an email thanking them for purchasing the BM ticket before the payment was taken.

Martyn, this is exactly me!
In fact it's inviting me to buy tickets for my family and friends but not for myself.
I fully understand what Ads is saying but it simply isn't showing anything for me, whichever route I take through the emails, OS or my own account page.
I honestly can't remember if I ticked the box for the Cup Scheme but that is what I always do!
I have tried every route available, including the "join the cup scheme" alert but it only invites me to do so for my F&F group.....not ME!
Bonkers!
I have been trying everything since Friday and getting slightly different versions of the same thing but no link to get a ticket for ME!
So, if anyone can help, please do...I am very open to advice and guidance.
Like Martyn, I anticipate a long time on the phone tomorrow....while also trying to get Bern tickets and Wycombe tickets!

I forgot I'd joined the cup scheme and had similar problems.  I still have no emails and also have the button to buy my own tickets that then shows an empty list.  It confused me enough that I contacted the club on Twitter to get confirmation and I've worked in IT for 30 years  ::)

Go to the main site https://www.avfc.co.uk/.
At the top right, click Tickets.

For me it automatically logs me in and I can now see my name and fan ID at the top right, if you don't, click the Person icon in the top right corner and login.  It should look like this:

Now click your Name/Fan ID to go to your account settings.
On the left you should see a link for Tickets, click it:

It will list all of your tickets for all competitions.  I have 2 for each game as I manage 1 other ST.  You should see Bayern in the list.  If you do, relax and open a beer/make a brew.  If you don't, phone the club.

Being a bit lazy here but can someone help me? Are they adding Bayern home tickets to the season ticket or sending out digitally to download/print at home?
Thanks

If there are going to be protests this weekend i hope they are all kept outside of the ground . Emery and the players don't deserve any of the negativity.

I think you’re right. Before the game, half time or at the end but not during. Emery and the players have been fantastic for us. This isn’t  an argument with them.

This ticketing fiasco is interferences with the discussion regards actual champions league football.
I hope it's sorted out and that there is a revised and fair price for those who are going to watch and pay. I think I would more likely attend away match for the experience.
Also when Premier league return I thinking of a Champions League contender thread 24/25 for specific discussion on Villa battle with the top 8 teams for top 4.

Many thanks rjp...I'd done all the rest, it was just checking down the tickets list that I hadn't done.
The Bayern tickets are listed there but with three icons next to them...I know one is for printing but can't work out the other two.
All of the other tickets only have two icons next to them....I am assuming these are because they have been paid for (as in ST payment)....SO, I now know the tickets have been reserved for us but I am still unsure of whether I actually have them or not.
I still expect a few frustrating hours on the phone trying to sort it out.

I agree with you on this to an extent. I dont know where he has heard it (tik tok probably) but my son has said something about a red card protest before kick off on Saturday. It needs to be something visible and to have maximum effect the TV cameras need to see it, which they are more likely to inside the ground. But i do agree about game time, your right Unai and the players dont deserve any of this coming their way.

Feel somewhat flat about CL. The elation of qualifying back in May seemingly eroded the last week or so. No away matches conducive to a good away following volume wise coupled with evil home ticket prices means everything I was looking forward to pretty much ain’t happening.
