Officially 79th in the rankings;

https://www.uefa.com/nationalassociations/uefarankings/club/?year=2025

The good news is, if I am reading it right, that we scored just below the Premier League efficient in our first season back.

So I think that means this season our points earned will start elevating us up the ranks.

Definitely. You also get more ranking points being in the CL so as long as the draw is reasonably kind we should hopefully double our points.

I'm sure if I read how it works it would make sense but Chelsea, Rangers, and Leicester City are all ranked above us.

They’ve all played Champions League fairly recently?

It's the total coefficient points earned over the last 5 years. We've been in the Conference League once, Rangers qualify for Europe every year, so get some points despite not usually doing very well.

I do think we will get out the league stage.

36 team league.
Positions 1-8 go straight to last 16 knockout.
Positions 9-24 go into two leg play off to join knockout.
Positions 25-36 go out of Europe altogether.

We can finish as low as 24th and still have a 50/50 chance of making the last 16.

We will finish in the top 24 I'm certain of it.

Not good enough our neighbours will overtake us soon and eventually be number one,if that happens I will definitely support them KRO

I've downloaded the Champions League app this morning, just because I can, and it's actually relevant.

I'd normally approve of such behaviour, but I imagine they've suffered enough.

But they weren't bothered by the Champions League.  That's what they kept telling us at the back end of the season?
