I do think we will get out the league stage.

36 team league.
Positions 1-8 go straight to last 16 knockout.
Positions 9-24 go into two leg play off to join knockout.
Positions 25-36 go out of Europe altogether.

We can finish as low as 24th and still have a 50/50 chance of making the last 16.

Yeah, I'd be very disappointed if we weren't in the playoffs. Depends on the draw after that, but making it that far would be a successful first season in CL for me.

This new format definitely favours the "smaller" teams more than the old one did.

As we’re one of them then that plays massively in our favour.

Yes, but they'd come after 8 games in the league phase.

Brad had a trial at Exeter last season but they didn't take him on, hence this spell at TNS.
