Just thought back to a discussion I remember reading earlier in the season, that we were recording our own TV series of this season, in the hope of selling it to one of the streaming services?

I'd imagine there will be something of a bidding war for it now! Will be an incredible watch...

Exactly 5 years ago, to the minute, we were about to have a penalty shoot-out in the Championship with West Brom that would determine the future of our club.  Jed Steer was a hero that night, and now, just 5 years later, after some incredible squad building and performances, we're in the Champions League.

Sure, that was the dream, but to achieve it is absolutely incredible.

A trophy next please!

When you put it like that...what a fucking journey. Great post!

Can't believe it...didn't think it would happen in my lifetime.

Never saw it happening outside of Leicester style freak season. We have won 3 drew 1 and lost 2 v sides above us. Merit

When the Randy/MON tilt at Champions League football came up short and the rapid decline set in, I genuinely thought it wouldn't ever happen. The chasm was unbridgeable. But dynasties fall and new ones emerge. AVFC+NSWE+SUE Our time is now.

The last time we played at this level I was 11. By the time we play our first game in the competition in September I will be 53. It's been a long time coming. Unai Emery is a genius

Call me a grumpy old git but I refuse to use the CL phrase, to me it's the European Cup !

We have 8 guaranteed European Cup games up to 29th January 2025.
The 2025 European Cup Final is in Munich on 31st May 2025.
