Hope we get aek athens

My mates on Kos (most are massive AEK fans) would love that.

They absolutely despise your Olympiakos though, fella. 'Kologavri' was mentioned a lot when discussing the semi final.... 😂

I don't know how offensive that is, mind. One said it translates as 'smelly anchovy'???

😂😂😂😂😂😂

Yep big rivarly with the clubs but be good to play another greek team

I wonder if Ty is considering coaching, that may explain the coyness about a return date?

If Craig ‘I love the Villa, I mean I’ve always loved Blues’ fucking Gardner can be Director of Football (admittedly at a League One club) then there has to be a role for Tyrone Mings t our club.

Dirty Leeds Scum supporter in my office this morning alluding to the fact that it’ll be the first time Villa have played in Europe for 40 years. No, it’ll be the first time we’ve played in Europe since last Thursday, mate.

Perfect group for me would be:

Pot 1:
Real Madrid (H)
Dortmund (A)

Pot 2:
Juve (H)
Benfica (A)

Pot 3:
Feyenoord (A)
Celtic (H)

Pot 4:
Monaco (A)
Stuttgart (H)

Come Autumn we'll be running at full steam again and we'll give most of that lot a shoeing.

Not bad! I assume some of the Pot 4 teams are undecided yet due to qualifying rounds?

I expect so, that was just based on that provisional list a few pages back.  Would be nice to get Lille again for a laugh though if they get through.

An added bonus to qualifying is that our U19s get to play in the UEFA Youth League, where the first six rounds of fixtures will be against the clubs we play in the Champions League.
It’ll be a great experience for the kids and an attraction when poaching/signing young players.

That's a good point.

How does the draw work?
4 into 9 doesn’t work.

If you know and pay the right people, they can make it work.
