Villa interested in Chelsea's Jackson
Aston Villa are interested in a move for Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson before the transfer window closes, according to CaughtOffside.

The 23-year-old is reportedly one of the main targets for the Villans, who are still looking to sign a forward before Friday's deadline and have watched Jackson for "more than a year".

‘Convenient’ deal involving Duran ?

Presumably that "more than a year" goes back to include the time when the current Villa manager managed him for nearly three years and gave him his Liga debut?

Selling Duran now would be absolutely nuts.

CaughtOffSide. We're probably best off swerving click bait.

Jackson is just a slightly older/more expensive version of Duran... terrible attitude...

Terrible attitude? Do we really know that much about him? He was poor last season but I have no idea if it has anything to do with attitude and Emery will very much know what his attitude is like anyway.

Also, like Ads has stated, it's not reputable.

A pity Madueke has started the season so well. He would have been ideal for us, right down to slagging-off Wolverhampton.

Murgsy's Jacko's best mate, he probably never gets a round in.

Jackson was quality under Emery and has had time to adjust. As a utility forward, he wouldn't be the worst pickup in our style.

If they bring Toney in, then Jackson to us (on loan) would make sense for all concerned.

Not sure sbout Jackson - maybe slightly niave - but I thought we would be buying players other teams didn't want to get ride of.

Slightly worried with the 2 juve players going out loan that we have a weaker squad than last season - the squad depth seems dependent on us not getting injuries to key players - which last season shows is unrealistic.

Their issue with Jackson has been playing him at 9, which he isn't.

Jackson misses alot but boy does hw get chances. Thats one good thing i like about him he makes clever runs and has excellent anticipation.  If he could finish he would one of the best in PL

He scored 17 goals in his first season in a side that struggled a lot of the time, and he was 22.
