I don't know how El Barrenechea will be getting in the squad let alone the team even if Sergio Roberto played at right back or Kalvin Phillips isn't signed.
It's hard enough to accommodate Barkley.
Certainly be a healthy competition but there's a pecking order where likes of Dobbin and El Barren are way down starting most important domestic or European matches.
They'll only drop further if established names are brought in.

Not so just wonder about him and Dobbin being required level.
I also hanker for Douglas Luiz !

And now he could play for Emery at Villa in the Champions League- you cannot make it up !

I think Sports Witness have done exactly that

Say £60m Felix replacement  for Duran £40m
And Raphinha £30m replacement for Diaby £50m

Raphinha is at least €50m going up to €100m depending if you have oil.

I’m worried we have dropped our standards, he looks like Tevez’s ugly son.

Morgan/Philogene and Felix cover both positions in my opinion.  Buendia replacing Zaniola.  Dobbin/Archer - if they're still here - as emergency options.

Youssoufa Moukoko linked with a move away from Dortmund, highly rated a few years back. Not really done it for them but young enough to still reach his potential and can play across the front line.

According to Sky Germany, we've put in a bid for Maximilan Beier of Hoffenheim.

I've never seen him play but apparently he's highly rated.  You'd assume that's Duran's replacement.
