I'd be hoping for 3 more. A centre half who is good in the air, as I fear Mings is finished.

A high quality 10 and a 2nd striker. The gloss, the cherry and the absolute icing on the cake. We'll be improved then.

Imagine being better than last year...

We've got FV back, that'll do for me. Another Monchi masterclass.

I think I'd rather the West Ham kid instead of £5m extra.

It could be a smokescreen. I reckon we're getting Mazrim back.

You can see why Atletico took the gamble…..

Brian Little vibes at times there.

Plus Fletch. H&V could then be whole again.

Jhon Duran from the ops point of view

Newcastle United have outbid West Ham in a last-gasp hijack for Aston Villa star Jhon Duran it has been claimed.

Nick Killington, who runs the popular West Ham YouTube channel Claret and Booze, has contacts at West Ham.

And he says Newcastle have jumped in and offered Aston Villa £36m for Duran.

It's a BIDDING WAR.

If Felix doesn't happen, would it be worth trying for Zaha on say, a two year deal?
No
I would be happy enough with that

Would be amusing if he went to Newcastle, as he'd immediately be back on the bench.

West Ham would probably actually start him.

Things have gone pretty well in B6 since he joined in 2019, so it's reassuring to have him back.

If we get Felix I'm sure Unai will get him performing.  He's still young & if he's motivated to achieve his potential & prove a few people wrong he couldn't come to a better club. Unai will make him feel like he's the best player on the planet.

I have no doubt he's exactly what we need at exactly the right time.

Yes, but we shouldn't be spending north of 60 million quid hoping a player will be motivated enough to achieve his full potential. The only deal we should be looking at for Felix is a loan to buy. A straight cash deal is not in the best interest of the club. If AM are not interested in a loan deal, then fuck em. They want rid of him more than we need to buy him.

I read Benfica had an offer on the table for around £36m for Felix but with a hefty 40% sell on fee.

You never know he might be available for cheaper than people think.

Or its his agent sat at home making things up in a desperate attempt to get himself a big pay day this summer. Seems as likely.
