Mat Maher is reporting that Coutinho looks like he's going on load, rather than agreeing a contract termination*;

*I'm assuming that's what it says, as I'm not paying for this news.  :P

It says he’s going on loan, rather than on load.

Has there been any word on Zaniolo and/or Lenglet. I assume neither is staying, but when should we expect that to be confirmed?

Zaniolo probably would have settled better this season with a couple of young lads who've come from Italy there to keep him company.

There will be no news. Both gave 100% in their loan spells (Zaniolo playing through injury in a few games in the run in which cost him a Euros spot) and they went back on completion of that.

Mings will just replace Lenglet in the squad, Buendia for Zaniolo aswell.

I like him but i'm not sure centre mids should be the priority now. We have 2 new ones already, one (hopefully) coming back from being out pretty much all of last season and 1 to come back who missed the second half of last season. Ok, we did sell Doug also but unless Kamara and Ramsey are going to be missing again for most of the season i'd leave it.

We’re unlikely to announce which players we aren’t buying.

Usually there's official confirmation of them leaving at the end of their loan though. I'm not expecting a press conference to wave them off, I just thought the club would confirm they'd left. Unless I missed it.

Both Lenglet and Zaniolo are still on the Pravda squad page, along with the new signings

Can do so much better than him, would be anonymous to everyone if he played for Fulham or Wolves…London uplift on status modern day Jamie O’Hara

The Barca website from last summer has Lenglet as being on loan until 30th June 2024.
For Zaniolo  he is listed last August as signing on a 12 month loan so perhaps he is ours for a bit longer.

Both loan deals would have run up until 30th June. Looks like Zaniolo is joining Atalanta from Galatassaray.

I don't.  He hasn't impressed me over much from what he's shown during the Euro's.

We need another DM as a minimum.

Look at how many more goals we conceded in all the games Kamara missed last season compared to when he played.

We simply can't ignore that if we want to remain competitive in PL.
