Chris Wood has an imminent appointment with the glue factory based on today's showing.

Kamada would make sense if we are still chasing growth and Instagram hits in Asia etc.

I wouldn't be totally stunned if we made a move for Rabiot in June with no pre warning.  His agent/mother seems an absolute dose. But he's a regular in a v good French central midfield, so the good may outweigh the bad there.

Might give us more control in midfield than we managed yesterday, as an example.

Feels like he's the sort of player than Man Utd will pay a million pounds per week to as part of their latest rebuild.

Guido Rodriguez would be good DM on a free.

I was really impressed by Tete at Fulham last season, not sure why he's barely played this one but again just to give us another solid option at RB without needing to drag Kons out that side for half a season.

I think we'll be lucky to get Kamara back before February and he's the only one who can play that role without it having a knock-on effect for the other midfielders. That's number one priority.

I can see us going for Zubimendi.

I imagine Emery likes him but we'd probably have to sell Dougie Luiz to have any chance of getting him.

I’m up for that though after what we’ve seen of him in 2024.

And you say we cant take my opinion seriously when you are saying luiz hasnt been good in 2024? He has generally been good this whole season.  One player we shouldnt be selling is luiz. Good grief

He was vital first half of the season. Second half he’s been average bar Forest, Sheff Utd. He’s surrendered possession way too much and got booked way too many times. His standards have dropped since before Christmas.

Most of our best set plays have come from luiz. I think he has generally been very good this season just abit of a purple patch.no way in hell should we consider selling him in my opinion.

Dougies scored some absolutely crucial goals for us

Luiz is a quality player who has got better this season under Emery.  In recent games, it seems his head hasn't been on straight and has made even more rash challenges and decisions.  Whether the pressure is getting to him or not I don't know but he needs to be led properly on the pitch.  I would only consider selling anyone if it was to better the football club, just like when we sold David Platt all those years ago.

I see Tammy is back playing for Roma.  I wonder if the supposed interest we carried will be rekindled.

Maybe it’s because Kamara is injured so his play has changed. He has scored goals albeit the majority have been penalties.

Would be interesting to see the stats before and after Christmas.

Were Bari having a purple patch at the time we sold him then?

Heavily linked nico williams stopped playing tosay due to racism in the crowd then when game re started he scored and pointed to colour of his skin. Wonder if he will just want to get out of spain with all the racism over there

The point is, we sold a top class player to help rebuild the side and went onto win trophies. If you have to do the same again now, so be it.
