I see Tammy is back playing for Roma.  I wonder if the supposed interest we carried will be rekindled.

I wouldnt be opposed to a loan move with view to permanent transfer see what the ACL has done to him whther still same player

I would be amazed if we would be interested in signing Abraham, and why would he be interested in signing for us, when he would just be back up to our "goal machine" Watkins?

With us resigning Archer in the summer, will he not be back up for Watkins?

Hopefully we will sign at least 2 top class players in the summer.

I'd forgotten about Archer coming back now they've been relegated.  I guess we'll see if he's shown enough at Sheff Utd to be considered part of our squad next season, or if he'll be sent on again.

From a purely bookkeeping perspective, if we buy him back again at £20m (guesstimate), with a four year deal, with a FFP hit of £5m a year for 4 years, but then sell him again in the summer for £20m, would that mean we're actually £15m FFP positive this summer on the deal?  Yes, we're paying for him for the next four years, but would it have a short-term benefit?

Or do profits/losses on contracts all get ammortised immediately upon the even of a player sale?

Heavily linked nico williams stopped playing tosay due to racism in the crowd then when game re started he scored and pointed to colour of his skin. Wonder if he will just want to get out of spain with all the racism over there

He's pretty much the exact template for one of the 2 big signings we need to make this summer. Young, talented and covers 3-4 different positions in our setup.

Leeds were interested in Archer last summer. I wonder if we could set-up a swap deal with Archer going there and us taking Summerville off them?

That would be very nice.

I'd like Raphina. Don't know what he would command but I think Barca might sell.

I think we need to think differently to being backup to ollie because next season is going to be ALOT of games with europe and ollie likley going euros  we are going to need another striker to help out.

You could argue duran but im not sure as he is still too green. He looks explosive but you can s ee still alot to work on his game. If ollie picked up a long term injury would duran be able to hold the line in his absence? Im not convinced right now. I think a striker fir sure.

I like pavlidis of AZ personally and i dont think he will cost that much

It would be wonderful as it would mean Leeds never got promoted.

There's been reports that they're open to offers for most of the squad with only a handful of the youngsters considered essential to hold on to. I'm not sure he'd be top of the list for me though, seems to go missing too often, a little like Diaby has been for us this year.

Of that list of frees, Lloyd Kelly, Tosin Adarabioyo & Adrien Rabiot would all be good options.

The first two as backup for LCB, LB for Kelly. RCB for Adarabioyo. And CDM, CM for Rabiot.

All physical, all have height, all comfortable passing the ball, etc.

Rabiot is on about 200k + at Juve. He'll want more being on a free.

We need to be careful about signing players like that as then the dressing room spirit can decline so easily.

Reminds me of being constantly linked to Joao Felix in Emery's first window. Interest was there from our end but he clearly had no interest in coming and he's now at Barca so fair enough.

Pau Torres clearly did and after a slow start has been a big success so we need to find that type of player for the midfield area now this summer.

Let's spend on high calibre. I think centre back Min-jae Kim or Matthijs de Ligt should be signed. Neither are now in the first choice centre back for Bayern Munich but both are excellent players and would be wonderful additions to our Champions league squad.

There's an article on BBC saying Man U are open to offers for pretty much their entire squad. Garnacho, Mainoo and Hoijland the only ones they don't want rid of.

I don't want any of them here but it'll be interesting to see if they can actually shift any of them.
