I like Amrabat currently on loan at Man utd. One of the best players in the last World Cup.

Didn't fit in at Man Utd (who would!!) but would be an asset to a proper team.

Loan not being made permanent and Fiorentina want 17m.

Congratulations.  You have named the only midfielder slower than Dendonker.

He's really not very good at all, and is a huge downgrade on any central midfielder we have
He has something of the Mustapha Hadjis about him, in that he looked good at a tournament, but I’m not convinced he’d be anything but average in the EPL.

He reminds me of Karim El Ahmadi.

And I don't want to be reminded of Karim El Ahmadi.

All about opinions but I think Amrabat would be a diabolical signing.

A definite classic ManYoo post tournament signing, they’ve had a few down the years, Poborski being the most notable from memory.

Yeah, I think Baldy has had a mare here.

Go and have a sit down and think about what you've said, Baldy son.

I couldn't work out who he reminded of before but this is spot on. His underlying lack of mobility means he's just never going to be good enough.

Thanks for that. I had successfully erased him from my memory until now !

Hmm, definitely one of the more obscure shouts on here. After a good World Cup, Man U chasing him for a while and then him not being able to get into a poor midfield with them, hardly screams that we should sign him.

'Ah well, we all make mistakes' as the Darlek said climbing off the dustbin.

I was a bit jealous when they got him, but it soon passed.

Looked great at the World Cup but risky to form an opinion on someone based solely on how they do in a tournament.

Which has been very much proven. The problem is the World Cup was played at a very slow pace, the Premier League isn’t.

Remember when Ron went to the world cup and came back with Fashnau?
