The trouble with McKennie is that he wants to have his cake and eat it.

Yeh all fat jokes are fair game now he’s not coming. The tub of lard.

So, if all goes to plan.. its essentially three players in today, all under the age of 23 (LM, LB and CDM).

4

Maatsen
Iling-Junior
Barrenechea
Dobbin

With Barkley to add to that.

Has the look of a Garnacho or Young Offender about him. Every good team needs one, I suppose.

Is he involved with Argentina this summer?

I dread to think what we are spending on Monchis phone bill.

This lad looks a very decent player, I doubt it will be our last in central midfield.

I doubt it at his level. He's played very little senior football for someone who is 23. It's only been the last season and a half that he hasn't been playing u23's.

Romano is very authoritative. Probably not wise but he makes me believe every word he says.

Douglas strongly wants Juventus, talks advance with Barrenechea and Iling Jr plus over €20m to #AVFC ⚪️⚫️

If this and the figures are true, this looks even worse than the previous swap proposed. We get £17m and two promising but untried youngsters for one of the best midfielders in Europe, rate at £70-80m?

So who is the other player?  Kellyman? Wilson?

Think the money is closer to 25m euros now from what I have read. If they value the other 2 at 15-20m each then it's still around 60m for a player that seems to have decided he wants to move on from what has been said. Not perfect I grant you, but at least the 2 coming do appear to have pretty high ceilings and could be 30, 40, 50m players before long. Only takes Barrenechea to be really decent for 3 months and he's in that bracket. See Wharton as an example.
