We've been linked with Ferran Torres again in the last couple of days. Perhaps we could engineer a swap deal for 2-3 decent Barcelona players for him?

I could see Doug getting in the Barcelona men's team but not sure our Alisha would get picked by their women. They're a better standard than Juventus (or us).

I'm sure she could play for Espanyol women's side (if they have one).

FFP and PSR has really fucked everything up.

Excuse my ignorance but I’m totally out of touch with this as well as our accounts.  If we don’t sell Doug or Durán by the end of the month will we start next season with a points deduction?

With apologies if this has been covered previously and my lack of attention.

None of us really know, but there seems to be a lot of evidence to suggest that we need to make some sale(s) before the end of the month.

As for a points deduction, I guess the closest example to our situation would be the one that Forest were in, and they were charged in January and found guilty in March.  So we wouldn't necessarily start the season with a points deduction, but we'd probably end it with one.

Just promoted to the top flight so probably not good enough for her.

We don't want a 4-point deduction but it wouldn't be worth doing things that we don't want to do. I would rather keep Dougie and have a 4-point deduction than bending over for Chelsea and Juventus.

Voted best left back of the Champions League competition last season. Promising.

McKennie apparently fucking around with his potential Juve exit. All sounding a bit 'Stephen Ireland' to me.

I would say send Matìas Soulè instead, but we do have a lot of left footed RW'ers already.

Although, he is a top quality prospect...

Yeah i wouldn't mind another wide attacker, Zaniolo won't be back i'd say, Coutinho should be off and we don't know how long it'll take Buendia to get back to it. That only really leaves Bailey and Diaby. I'm thinking if he's left footed and has played right side there's the potential for him being able to play either side.

Edit, How could i forget Rogers, but another player still might be a good option with the CL games.

Sounds more like Juventus want a player to exit their contract and aren’t willing to compensate accordingly. I’m not overly thrilled at the prospect of signing McKennie but completely sympathise with him here.

Honestly, I don't blame him and I don't want a player in a swap deal that doesn't seem interested in coming. I don't think he's nearly as poor as some people on here rate him. He Juve's most versatile player, logs the greatest distance covered per match, the supporters don't want him to go and I wouldn't blame him for being hesitant given he's established himself in Turin.

Personally, I think even if he did come that we would be looking to move on fairly quickly to get some money back.. I'd give it a year and a half.

I don't mind the idea of him but if he doesn't want to come then i steer well clear. If that's the case about it being more Juve fucking him around then that's different.

I thought he was perfectly happy to come to us, it's more that his camp feel Juve owe him money?

There would be Iling-Junior too, if the deal goes through.

Although he is actually a left footed left winger with left wing back experience...
