Arsenal are looking to shift Kieran Tierney who's away with Scotland and nothing expected to be done until he returns. Lost count of the number of times we've been linked with him but he has had some injury problems these last few seasons. Unai signed him for the Arse before getting sacked a few months later.

I’d just read that as two separate points, I.e. we’re open to selling Doug (possibly true sadly) and also Juventus are offering that deal. Doesn’t mean we deem that offer to be remotely acceptable, and we shouldn’t do.

I really like Tierney and think he'd be a great fit for what we want at LB, but his injury record has been really bad recently and it would be a big gamble.

I'm in favour of Barkley, don't have strong feelings one way or the other about Gallagher, and know nothing about McKennie,   but..... it seems like a decent arrangement if we have 3 players coming in, and only one proper player going out, assuming Dougie goes. (I know there's talk of Duran to Chelsea but I'm not sure how much of that is real and how much is his agent trying to manifest it)

I think all 3 are likely better than the likes of Dendoncker, Iroegbunam, or the Zaniolo we got for 98% of the season.

McKennie was in fact one of the figureheads of the late 60s ska scene.

Actually his best known collaboration was on 'Biscuit Barrel Riddim' by African Car Reverser feat. Weston McKennie.

That might be why we're interested in bringing him here - to reunite them.

20 odd games. It will be interesting to see him for Scotland at the Euros.

I’ve always thought Tierney is a very good player. Given the injury concerns I wonder what dort of fee Arsenal would want and if a loan would be an option?
