Why was their no added time second half yesterday? Somebody suggested that a losing team can ask for there not to be any, but surely that can't really be a rule? The length of the half is 45 minutes, and the ref has to add on time lost for injuries and substitutions etc, according to the laws of the game.

I think it's still the same but you wouldn't know these days but: 'the referee is the sole judge of time'.

Yep, I didn't mind it, but it still wasn't right. He can be the sole judge of time, but surely he has to judge it properly according to the rules, which don't appear to say he has discretion over how long to play.

He did, if you watch when they tossed the coin, McGinn won and pointed towards the Holte then turned around to our players and signals the turnaround to them

5 mins at the end of the first half must also have been well short of the actual lost time

Henderson's was a strange performance, the rest of the team seem to hold him in the highest esteem and give him the ball every single time, even though he had precisely fuck all influence on the game. You'd have thought that anyone in their team with a bit of experience and gravitas would have told him to get off the toes of his own centre backs. Glad he played though as baiting him passed a bit of time when the game as a contest had died.

All he did was moan at the ref for 90+mins

He really did didnt he,  for Englands sake I hope they dont take him

A competent England coach would see that he has gone from Premier League to a Pro-Am league to a league & a team akin to the Championship but as we have Southgate you know that he will go to Euros and be played

Thought exactly the same, wasnt complaining as we had declared and the only thing that could have happened at that point was an injury but it did feel wierd when the clock went to 90 and the whistle went.

Henderson at his best was kind of an all action midfielder. But it was clear as day at the end of his time with Liverpool that his legs were gone. Bar clapping his hands every time we strolled past him to have a shot, he really was utterly anonymous. He's probably a decent sort to have around the England squad but he would be lost against any sort of decent opposition.
