I went for a walk around the Gun Quarter a couple of weeks ago....I see the Gunmakers Arms has shut down and is for sale......shame

The upstairs is perfect for an independent music venue.

The building itself has potential as a ‘Hare and Hounds’ type venue, but I’m not sure that the location would be successful. The conversion expenditure would be high.

Upstairs isn't big enough. The main room capacity is only around 120.
