Please let's not forget the glory that is Apple and Rhubarb Crumble. The sweetness of the apple and the sourness of the rhubarb complement each other in a way unlike any other combinations of warm fruit...

Evaporated milk for me, please.

EDIT: Rhubarb probably isn't a fruit.

How can you not like rhubarb?  :o

Horrible stuff. Grew like weeds in our back garden as a kid (despite me living on an industrial estate).
My job was to harvest, chop and freeze it. It was then distributed to older family members and my Nan's friends.

Tasted terrible.

Can't be doing with cooked apples either, so no Apple Crumble/Pie for me.

The fact you have to cover it in sugar to hide that it taste shite says it all.

Yoghurt is also shit. Who the smeg wants to eat something that's gone off. Savages.

My dad had rhubarb growing in the garden, along with gooseberries and tomatoes.

All good stuff.

Rhubarb crumble > Apple crumble.  Rhubarb tart > Apple tart. Proper custard or ice-cream is fine with both.

Glad to have been of assistance..

Cooked apples and rhubarb in any form are just horrible.

Everyone focussing on the apple crumble element, but completely ignoring the big story that's lurking near the bottom.

Morgan Rogers doesn't really like fish, but he'll eat it because it's healthy.
