If Rogers pushes us as our key player to CL football I think he will be at Grealish's level for us. Rogers obviously has better players around him but he has shown huge quality and resilience this season. From getting jeered completing a pass at Villa Park to his level now is very impressive. He's a tough bit of stuff too.
If he has a storming World Cup then we can expect more than £100m so do not even think about letting him go until after that
