I think Rogers is the more complete player. There's not much he can't do.

They're pretty similar, especially if you ignore the pre-relegation seasons where Grealish was only just establishing himself.

What I meant by end product though is that both of them have the talent to push on. A goal&assist return of 1in 2 is very good but not elite and the ability is there to make that step up. 25 g&a isn't an unfair target for Rogers this season and is the sort of numbers that would make it hard to not have him be a regular part of the England team for the World Cup, especially given his record for England is also very good.

No it doesn’t, however, he was an exceptionally talented player, the most so in a very long time. If he could have added the end product to his game he’d be right up there as one of our all time greats.
