Mister Tinkerman Strikes Again. Has Cash shat in Unai's Marmitako? FFS.

All optimism for the game has gone with that line up. 0-3 maybe 0-4 defeat on the cards.
Come on Viila, prove me wrong.

Jesus, Mark, get a grip!

Get a grip? It's difficult enough playing them without farting about with the defence. On another day the could have scored a shed load against Spurs. We're now praying they continue to fail to hit a cows arse, I just don't see it with Carlos and Torres in the middle. I admit I've been wrong before when seeing a strange team selection but I'm not seeing it tonight. I hope I'm wrong.

Don’t like Konsa there.
We could be 3 down before 20 mins.

O'Neill, Eluko and Clichy making a solid start on Amazon Prime.

I see that Scott Carson is on the bench for Citeh. Maybe him and MON can go down memory lane afterwards. Or at least Witton Lane.

Neither am I. A win would be awesome, but we’re playing a very good side with a cheat code up front. Losing tonight would only piss me off if we’re totally out of the game early on.

What has Cash done wrong exactly. I can’t understand how Emery can look at the last performance and think that that defence isn’t a problem.

It could well just be a case of managing his load though as we have no other cover for rb and we can't expect him to play constantly

Match thread not stickied with 30 or so minutes to go is surely a bad sign

Maybe something amiss off the pitch. Don't think Emery has ever been fully convinced by Cash for whatever reason. Konsa is horrid out there and unfortunately I think he is likely to struggle really badly again tonight. Carlos wasn't able for Solanke so it's some gamble to think he can match Haaland.

Kamara for Zaniolo as the only change seems a very strange reaction to a poor performance on Sunday.

I think the most likely outcome is a poor first half before the team is straightened out at half time.

I don’t think any of us have the right to question the team selection.
More accurately, Unai has earned the right to be trusted

This, all day long.
