We have literal international footballers making up the squad these days, and these are not Internationals for third-rate nations. This is the likes of Belgium and France. If we can't rotate a few out now, because we're worried about the quality of the people who'll step in, then we'll NEVER rotate.

I don't mind rotating a few players for this but I really wish he'd play Martinez. Does he really need a rest at this point? I suppose the argument is that Olsen needs game time but I'd rather just constantly play Martinez and hope we never need to play Olsen ever.

Club have dropped a clanger here - Charge a more respectable amount and they'd have had a full house, plus additional sales on what could be scraped from the dysfunctional concourse services.

I thought Olsen did perfectly fine the couple of games he's played this season. If the defence is solid he's fine. And of all the competitions we could potentially rest Martinez for, this is the one I'd prefer.

I see Everton going strong here, try and build on the momentum from Saturday - hope we do too as this is a winnable competition and a day out for us at Wembley.

Do we go with the team from Warsaw and challenge Chambers / Lenglet and Thielemans to up their game to standard? Or do we bring Cash in to strengthen it? I’d go Martinez over Olsen but suspect we’ll have Olsens incompetent feet to contend with.

I paid 30 for Hibs, 27 a game for Conference. I honestly don't believe this is our club's doing.

With Olsen as back up we can not afford to risk Martinez.

People keep saying that like it's a publicly acknowledged fact. Defence was shit against Legia and it had nothing to do with the keeper. The games Olsen did play the defence was solid and we conceded very little.

I think it was true last year, but in the games he's played this year the team seemed to play much more normally with him back there.

Let me rephrase it then... the club's' have dropped a clanger.  😉

Also, don't forget that in past seasons, season ticket holders would have got this game for free. So the club have put a lot of fans noses out of joint, who were already out of pocket with the vastly inflated price hikes this summer.

I've been watching football a long time and I'm not sure I can get over players not being any good. Lord along knows we've seen enough of them. Of course I hope Olsen improves and becomes a good keeper for us and it looks like some people have seen indications of this. As is my nature I remain sceptical and reserve the right to question the manager on his team selections if I don't believe a player, any player, is good enough. It's pretty much what this forum is for.

Tricky one. Our games come thick and fast and we are still a little light. This is of about 5 games this season Everton could win that actually matters as they battle Dibgles for 14th.

First goal crucial - if we get it let's cruise to a 2.0 keep ball. Not surprised if 0.0 and they win on pens
